We are running kilo release of openstack and want to monitor nova queue
'notifications.info'. We are using rabbitmq apis to listen events on
notifications.info. But when we keep the listener running, it is not
receiving all the events generated. When checked  we saw the queue was
empty. There are 10 other consumers I  see which are listening  the same
queue. My understanding is messages are getting removed from the queue
if consumed and hence our listener is not getting all the event
messages.
