  When I visit http://specs.openstack.org/openstack/keystone-
  specs/api/v3/identity-api-v3-os-inherit-ext.html, I find almost all
  the links are dead. e.g. Relationship: http://docs.openstack.org/api

  INHERIT/1.0/rel/project_user_role_inherited_to_projects
