we are going to deprecate support for create/update/delete for users and
groups in LDAP since it is a very uncommon use case.  marking as won't
fix.

  Test for LDAP group update or renaming

Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  For user group implementation a new test case (test_group_crud) is created in the test_backend.py. 
  Since changing Name is not supported by LDAP, a particular test on 'update' for LDAP group will be skipped, and tracked, under this bug. 
  Per discussion with DolphM and ayoung on IRC.
