Title:
As neutron accepts icpmv6 but on api its not documented in accepted
values for api call in security group create

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-networking-v2-ext.html

In security group create icmpv6 is missing

  I tried neutron security-group-rule-create --ethertype IPv6 --protocol
  ICMPv6 sec-group1 it worked.

If you specify any wrong protocol it will display
Security group rule protocol ICMPv4 not supported. Only protocol values [None, 'tcp', 'udp', 'icmp', 'icmpv6'] and integer representations [0 to 255] are supported. But icmpv6 is not listed in accepted values.

and pools does not show Terminated_HTTPS and expected values.
