Title:
  Success pop-up is not displayed after successful nova-instance deploy
  with NG option.

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  set "LAUNCH_INSTANCE_NG_ENABLED = True"

  Launch the new nova-instance with NG wizard, observe that no popup is
  displayed after successful deploy of the nova-instance.

  The LEGACY launch instance wizard displays the success popup.
