The description/steps for "Case 4: East-west for instances on the same
network" in Networking Guide under "Scenario: Legacy with Linux Bridge"
is incorrect.

The diagram does not show any network node or neutron router involved in
the communication path between the 2 instances on the same network
whereas the text includes path through neutron router interface and
network node.
