Title:
Mixing references to 'Tenants' and 'Projects' is confusing

Bug description:
In regards to this : https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/909495

Contrary to what must have been thought at the time. Users do care
what their tenant is. As it is a necessary component of env data and
any auth request to the API, they tend to look first and foremost in
Horizon for information about their tenant. However, because horizon
habitually refers to the tenant as a 'project' they are left wondering
where the heck their tenant name is.

As the concept of projects died with essex, can we please update the
horizon interface to reflect the realities of our users needs as we
have forced them upon them? and maybe provide them the information
they need to use the stack without confusion?
