    Include registry_client_* options in glance-scrubber.conf
    
    These options are useful but were not included in the sample
    configuration file generated by "tox -egenconfig".

  registry_client_* options missing from glance-scrubber.conf

Bug description:
  The registry_client_* options are missing from glance-scrubber.conf by
  default, but it would be very useful to have them there: it took me
  quite some time to find out how to make glance-scrubber work with
  keystone using SSL with custom certificates, and
  registry_client_insecure was really hidden...
