The deadline set by i18n team was Mar 28.
I checked the current status and there is no need to update the language list.

  mitaka: needs to update language list based on translation progress

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The language list in openstack_dashboard/settings.py needs to be updated based on the progress of translations in Mitaka.
  It was discussed in the i18n list [1] and the criteria is 66% in Horizon translations [2].
  This helps users see well-translated languages.

  The deadline of translations is set to Mar 28.
  I will propose an update on Mar 28.
