Title:
  Something went wrong! Floating ip disassociate in Juno

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Detail Description :
  ================
  While trying to disassociate a floating ip (as both an admin and normal user) using the dashboard interface, an error message screen appears stating:
  "Something went wrong! An unexpected error has occurred. Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't help, contact your local administrator."

  This is using the Juno release of openstack. I have found the bug a
  couple releases ago searching for this issue but according to the
  reports the issue was supposively fixed and I haven't found a Juno
  related bug report on this yet. Using both nova and neutron command
  line options allows the disassociation of the floating ips with no
  issues, but users should be able to do the same in the GUI!

  Steps to reproduce issue:
  ====================

  Create a new instance and floating ip. Associate the floating ip address to the instance. Attempt to dissassociate the ip -- click to confirm disassociating the floating ip. Instantly the message screen
       "Something went wrong! An unexpected error has occurred. Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't help, contact your local
         administrator."
  appears. You can either click home, help, or back. Clicking back button brings up a waiting screen and does no good, home brings you to dashboard and the ip is still associated.

  Other information:

  python-django-horizon  2014.2.1-2, version 1.6.5
