    Adjust width so as not to be hidden by "help element”
    
    At the moment, a part of description written on the top of each step
    in ng-launch instance modal is hidden by help-element.
    This patch will fix it by adjusting a description width.

  A part of description text in "Launch Instance" is hidden by "?"
  button

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When you open Project => Compute => Instances + Launch Instance in
  some languages in cluding German and Japanese, you will see that top
  right corner of the description text is hiddedn by a button labeled
  with a question mark.

  All text should be shown.

  [robcresswell] Updated bug title to reflect that it affects all
  languages, not a couple.
