Title:
  UI Validation error in workflow when wizard parameter is set to True

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  The required fields in the workflow if not filled should prompt the user for input.
  The error message is no doubt displayed , but the box that accepts the contents, shifts to the right. (Ideally it should be in the same place with the message "This field is required" printed below the box).

  This behaviour of the wizard can be seen in the projects folder in
  horizon dashboard. The networks menu has a create network workflow
  page which is implemented as a wizard. The boxes are offset when the
  required fields are not filled by the user.
