  Data from LVM backed VMs not copied on resize

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):

Bug description:
  It appears that 'nova resize' does not migrate the data from the
  instance to the resized_instance.

  We are not using shared storage at all.

  nova branch - master
  revision - commit 3ca9690fb072715cc1991990d52053e488ee35a7

  It would make sense to create a temporary snapshot and copy that
  snapshot to the new host.
