  [launch instance] create volume size mismatch

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  while creating an image, and having "create new volume" checked,  the
  pre-defined size of a volume should be bigger than the chosen image
  and shouldn't exceed the selected flavor.

  Both seem to be ignored.
