[Bug 1614792] [NEW] Strongswan: symbol for auth algorithm sha256 is not sha2_256

The symbol for auth algorithm sha256 is different for openswan/libreswan and strongswan.
For openswan/libreswan it should be sha2_256.
and fow strongswan, it should be sha256.
