Strongswan: Fix incorrect strongswan auth algorithm sha256 symbol

The symbol for auth algorithm sha256 is different in openswan/libreswan
and strongswan. For openswan/libreswan it is sha2_256 and for strongswan
it should be sha256. This patch override DIALECT_MAP['sha256'] to 'sha256'
    in strongswan device driver.
