It would be very interesting if cloud-init had clear docs on how to run
other package managers beside the distro pm. Examples with both python
pip and npm would be awesome. By reading the docs for some minutes I
couldn't figure out if I should use runcmd or if there is a more
structured aproach to it. Also maybe documenting if packages installed
through the yaml formated config run before/after the runcmd is
interesting.
