  Unexpected API Error - nova.api

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I set up newton on centos7 with glance, neutron, nova and keystone
  using repository from 'centos-release-openstack-newton' , when I try
  to launch an instance, I got this nova-api log errors:
