    Add apple-touch-icon and safari-pinned-tab
    
    Apple devices handle website icons through Apple Touch
    Icon which requires apple-touch-icon tag in stylesheet.
    Also Safari pinned tab icon requires a separate SVG
    for being correctly displayed.

Bug description:
  Apple devices handle website icons through Apple Touch
  Icon which requires apple-touch-icon tag in stylesheet.
  Also Safari pinned tab icon requires a separate SVG
  for being correctly displayed.
