    Show instance resize and rebuild actions in red
    
    Updated the template used for LinkAction to add the css class for
    destructive action if action_type is set to "danger".
    
    Removed the action_type for live  migration action because it is
    not a destructive action.

  Instance resize and rebuild actions should be shown as destructive
  actions

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The destructive actions for shutting down or removing a resource are
  shown in red in the action dropdown menu. Both instance resize and
  rebuild actions require shutting down the server so they should be
  shown as destructive actions.
