  Keysone always tries to use domain token regardless of
  OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_MULTIDOMAIN_SUPPORT setting

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  There is a bug during initialization of keystoneclient
  (openstack_dashboard/api/keystone.py) where is_multi_domain_enabled is
  not called to check wheter domain token should be retrieved - only
  value of function object itself is checked, always resulting in True.
