Reproduce:
1, Login in as a demo user, the demo user is a normal user and belong to the demo project,
2, Switch to Project/Orchestration/Stacks page, create a stack named 'test' and the 'test' will display in the page
3 log out demo, and login in as a admin user, this user belong to admin project, there will display the 'test' stack, this is not expected, there should not display the 'test' stack because it belong to the other project.
