Title:
  Performance degradation on Horizon UI

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
Pre-condition: Have 25 users operating in parallel for 24 hours.
Stress the UI with 25 parallel user logins. The script just navigates through various web pages on Horizon UI iteratively and records the page load time. The concern with is the rise in response time over 24 hours of run (~200%).

Please find attached the graph of average page load response time of Horizon UI components over 24-odd hours, which is gradually rising by upto 150%.
We use HP Load Runner scripts to stress the UI.
