  Can't attach volume if instance boot from volume and virtio-scsi is
  enabled in the image

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Expired

Bug description:
  Can't attach volume to a running instance if the instance was booted
  from a volume using virtio-scsi.

  I can, however, attach volume if the instance booted from a image
  using virtio-scsi.
