  Update metadata (images) CIM namespace metadefs don't work with glance
  v1

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The Glance metadefs for CIM do not seem to work for the delete case
  with images using the update metadata widget.

  http://<horizon_ip>/admin/metadata_defs/CIM::ProcessorAllocationSettingData/detail

  The metadata widget works fine with them on flavors, but not images.
  I suspect that it has something to do with the glance v1 API and
  colons (:) in some of the values. Maybe this will go away with glance
  v2?  In either case, it needs to be resolved.
