    Fix "Open Console" issue on network topology
    
    Now when user click the link "Open Console" on the instance balloon of
    network topology panel, two windows will be opened. This patch fixes
    that.

  How to reproduce:

  1. Create an instance
  2. Open Network Topology panel
  3. Put the mouse on the instance 
  4. Click "Open Console" link on the instance balloon

  Then you will see two windows opened.
