  All options in horizon identity visible by a simple member

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I'm currently working on openstack Mitaka, and my team and me have
  seen something which is not supposed to occure

  When I connect on the dashboard as simple member I can see in the accordion :
  Identity
  > Project
  > User
  > Group
  > Role

  And when I click on one of those options I have error messages "Unable
  to retrieve <role> list" with <role> depending on the tab.

   But the expected behavior seems to be

  Identity
  > Project

  and the possibility to get a list of projects, which currently doesn't works.
  However I attach my keystone_policy.json
