  Install and configure in keystone connection mysql

Bug description:

  This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the

  # ...
  connection = mysql+pymysql://keystone:KEYSTONE_DBPASS@controller/keystone

  should be :

  [database]
  # ...
  connection = mysql+pymysql://keystone:KEYSTONE_DBPASS@localhost/keystone

  because mysql daemon listens on 127.0.0.1:3306

  With @controller, Identitiy service population silently fails.
