Power off SUT, plug in external speaker, SUT can't pop-up 'Select Audio Device' window when boot to Ubuntu OS desktop.(FR:100%) 

Expected Behavior:
SUT should pop-up 'Select Audio Device' window when boot to Ubuntu OS desktop.

Steps to Reproduce:  
1. Power off SUT, plug external speaker.
2. Power on SUT, found can't pop-up 'Select Audio Device' window.-->problem
