[Bug 1804414] [NEW] Linux, Ubuntu, 18.04, CI, NB13, Can't set max resolution on 5K monitor that connected to SUT(FR:100%)

Description:
Connect a LG 27" 5K Thunderbolt Type-3 Monitor to the  Thunderbolt-3 port of SUT, can't set maximum resolution(5160x2880) in Display setting, the maximum can be set is 4096 x 2304.

Expected Behavior:
Connect a LG 27" 5K Thunderbolt Type-3 Monitor to the  Thunderbolt-3 port of SUT, can set maximum resolution(5160x2880) in Display setting.

1. Project: Northbay 13 SKU7
2. BIOS: 0.4.0
3. OS: CI Ubuntu 18.04
4. Monitor: LG 27MD5KA-B 

Note:
1. VP on Join Displays, External only mode

Test case:
CSV-TC-5234[WIS-TC-4424] Linux_Thunderbolt3 - HDDs and Monitor Connected In Daisy-Chain Format Functionality Test step:18

Steps to Reproduce:  
1. Power on SUT, then plugging in the  LG 27" 5K Thunderbolt Type-3 Monitor  to the  Thunderbolt-3  port on SUT;
2. Set SUT and the external monitor to external only mode;
3. Go to the Display Setting and Check to make sure that the  resolution 
4. Find can't set maximum resolution(5160x2880) in Display setting, the maximum can be set is 4096 x 2304.-->problem(Refer to pic)
