  eg:Touch  Google Chrome shortcut, will open two Chrome Windows simultaneously.

  Expected Behavior:
  SUT should show one open window.

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1.Install Ubuntu 18.4 OS.
  2.Boot to OS,and Check that touch functions
  3.Touch " Google Chrome" shortcut, Find will open two Chrome Windows simultaneously.-->problem(refer to mp.4)
