Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu OS 18.04.1 LTS
2. Boot to OS, open Terminal and run 'sudo modem-manager.mmcli -L', found show 'sudo: modem-manager.mmcli: command not found'.-->Problem(refer to pic)
