  - Openstack Rocky cloud + Bionic

  - Deployment it's good, all the services look good, Nova included.

  Nova takes ages to respond to any API call.

  - a simple 'openstack endpoint list' take around 1sec to show the
  output [1]

  - 'openstack host list' it takes 1+ minute to provide an output [2]
  and the Nova services seem to be down even if they are up & running
