    Remove references to FWaaS v1

    There are still references to FWaaS v1 in the Neutron documentation.
    Remove them as the code was deleted in the Stein cycle.

Bug description:
  https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/latest/admin/fwaas.html

  This page has some issues:
  * still references FWaaS v1
  * mentions upcoming features in Ocata (did we implement it in the end?)
