    make virtual pmem feature compatible with python3
    
    convert floating-point number to integer when generating
    vpmem xml.

Bug description:
  The result of Python3 divide operation is float point. This resulted
  in an invalid value for 'maxMemory' entry of libvirt domain xml which
  expects an integer.
