    "_log_ns_network_status" log if namespace does not exist
    
    During the capture of the host network configuration, if a namespace
    is deleted, the method "_log_ns_network_status" will not fail but log
    that this namespace has been deleted synchronously.

  [neutron-tempest-plugin] "_log_ns_network_status" should not fail if
  the namespace does not exist

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In case of error during a test case (for example, when checking the VM
  connectivity), the test case logs information about the host network
  status, calling "_log_local_network_status". This method lists all
  existing namespaces and prints the IPs, the routes and the ARP table.

  If the namespace is deleted in the middle of this process, the method
  will raise an exception. This should be captured and the exception
  discharged.
