  [OVN][FT] FT tests log a SQL exception

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The OVN mech driver registers a method to be executed at exit [1].
  When this method is called, the SQL fixture is already stopped and
  deleted. The method logs the following exception:
  http://paste.openstack.org/show/803620/.

  This log is harmless but unnecessary and misleading.
