Install Ubuntu 20.04 OS,and install checkbox,run the TPM test of the checkbox,There is 4 items failed.

[Reproduce Steps]
1.Install Ubuntu 20.04. 
2.Install checkbox. 
3.Run the TPM test,issue occurred.

Expected Result:the test should be pass.
