Bug description:
  Install Ubuntu 20.04 OS,and install checkbox,run the TPM test of the checkbox,There is 4 items failed.

  3.tpm2.0_4.1.1/tpm2_nv

  2.Install checkbox. 
  3.Run the TPM test,issue occurred.
