[Bug 1765737] Re: Feature Classification in nova - bad links for admin-guide
I checked through https://docs.openstack.org/nova/latest/user/feature-
classification.html and it appears that all of the links work correctly
now.

Title:
Feature Classification in nova - bad links for admin-guide
Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova) queens series:

Bug description:
- [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way:
Since the docs were moved into the nova repo in pike, the admin-guide
links in this page are wrong, for example, the 'Volume operations'
section links to:
http://docs.openstack.org/admin-guide/blockstorage-manage-volumes.html
Which no longer exists, and is now:
https://docs.openstack.org/cinder/latest/cli/cli-manage-volumes.html
Some of these also just don't make sense, like the "Custom neutron
configurations on boot" section links to
http://docs.openstack.org/admin-guide/compute-manage-volumes.html
which has nothing to do with networking.
