    Drop dependency on netifaces
    
    The netifaces library was abandoned and archived. Replace it by own
    parse logic from proc files + psutil.

  The oslo.utils python package is using as a dependency netifaces.

  This python package is not maintained since 2021

  Please remove it as a dependency and find an alternative
