Remove the import and usage of the eventlet library in the Linux Bridge
agent.

It is spawned using ``oslo_service.launch``. Same comment as in the OVN
Neutron agent.

The iptables firewall can use ip_conntrack. The implementation of this
tool spawns a processing queue using ``eventlet``:
