The SR-IOV agent RPC client is subscribed to security group events. The
logs look like this (INFO level):

The ML2/SR-IOV mechanism driver does not support security groups [1]. It
is irrelevant for the SR-IOV agent to receive updates of the security
groups and adds noise to the logs.
