  Following implementation of flavor extra_specs validations, cpu
  max_cpu_* specs are rejected.

  (tempest) stack@aio:/opt/stack/tempest$ openstack --os-compute-api-version 2.86 flavor set ds4G   --property hw:cpu_max_sockets=2   --property hw:cpu_max_cores=8   --property hw:cpu_max_threads=1
  Failed to set flavor properties: BadRequestException: 400: Client Error for url: https://192.168.121.208/compute/v2.1/flavors/d4/os-extra_specs, Validation failed; extra spec 'hw:cpu_max_sockets' does not appear to be a valid extra spec.
  Command Failed: One or more of the operations failed
