The section heading only mentions configuring the [glance_store]
section, but the configuration example shows modification to three
different sections: [DEFAULT], [glance_store], and [fs]. It is also not
explicitly stated that the [fs] section must be created.

- [X] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example:

Section: "Install and configure components" - Step 3

File: glance/doc/source/install/edit-glance-api-conf.rst

Current text:
"In the [glance_store] section, configure the local file system store and location of image files:"

Proposed fix:
"In the [DEFAULT] and [glance_store] sections, configure the local file system store. Add the [fs] section to define the location of image files:"

Configuration example remains the same.
