Re: State of the yellow squad's feature

Hi Gary and Yellow squad

After talking to Jono today and reviewing the list of High bugs that remains,
we felt it would be safer to add two more weeks before switching the Yellow
squad to maintenance rotation.

We should still release the feature at large next week so that we get more
real-world exposure and fix real-world usage bugs as we find them. Bug
subscription is such a high-visibility feature, we don't want to rush out of
it.

That may also give you more time to clean-up various parts that you felt were
cut short by the end-rush to deliver.

Jono and I are tempted to say that we should try to fix the 'Unmuting a bug's
notifications should restore your previous direct subscription ' bug in those
two weeks. If that's something bigger than that, let's not bother. I don't
think that not being able to deploy this at the end of the two weeks is a big
deal. If we have a fix that will be rolled-out two weeks later, that's good
enough.

Finally, you should remember that Huw is at the Design sprint this week and at
UDS for the first two days (like Brad). So I'm not what his availability will
be to help you with the visual design elements.

I'll let people from the Product team make a decision on the way to solve the
Subscriber list conundrum.

Hope all his going well with Julia!

Cheers
