The two topic requests were the interesting bits.

1) LOSAs have new rules for doing stuff.  See https://wiki.canonical.com/InformationInfrastructure/OSA/IncidentLogging .

Tom has told LOSAs to follow that process, and they will ask us to do so.

If you discover a problem or concern with the rules, follow the rules in the short term and raise concerns to Robert or Francis for the longer term.

2) Robert has overhauled the prose for how we request production changes, including fast downtime stuff.
