moving this to the next day:

NZ: 9AM Friday
NA East coast: 3PM Thursday
UK: 8PM Thursday
Italy: 9PM Thursday

Graham and Francesco, if that doesn't work for you, no worries. We'll
take notes and share, and we'll be together at the epic with fresh
memories soon enough.
