Hi Graham.

IIRC, we need to package python-shelltoolbox first.

I've got a massive backlog of Python Packages which I'm working through
right now to get into Debian. I recently was granted Debian Developer
status, so I should be able to get python-shelltoolbox in soon. Once
its in Debian and quantal, I'll merge the other stuff into charm-tools.

Sorry for the delay, its been pretty crazy lately. :P
