* Ported scripts from lp:lpsetup into puppet
* Setup ssh perms for buildbot access to container as itself
* Setup sudo perms for buidlbot user inside container
* Reviewed bugs which triggered horrible hacks in test.
  * 925028 is resolved \o/
  * 944386 is not so got approval from agy to apply fix
* Ported lpsetup and python-shelltoolbox to lucid-cat-lp
* Ran setup scripts using the minimal sudo perms given to buildbot in
the ppa

Todo
* I'd like to rebuild the containers as I had a bit of back and forth
with the perms and ppa setup
* Then it'll be time to request and #ISP review
